Go to your iOS/Android app store and download “MVS Pro”    

Navigate to the “Home” page on the app and click the + symbol at the top right of your screen

Choose “SN/Scan”

You have two options:

         1. Scan the QR code usually found on the top left edge or bottom of your recorder.   

      Or 2. At the bottom of the screen select “Manually enter SN”.  WNY Protech can provide the Serial # if requested via e-mail:  help@wnyprotech.com  

Touch just below “Device SN” to allow entry of the device serial number

Enter the serial # as provided by your installer (capitals are not necessary)

Touch “Next”.  From this page select NVR or DVR/XVR based on the recorder. 

On this page enter the Device Name you would like to use.  EG: Home or Work  

Enter your Username & Device Password as provided by WNY Protech
